Dr. Kim Schulze has been a professor in the M.S. program in Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Cloud State University since 1988, with teaching and coordinating responsibilities in the undergraduate and graduate program. The ABA graduate program, housed in the Department of Community Psychology, Counseling and Family Therapy, began in 1982, with the addition of an on-line format in 2002. The program serves both on-campus and distance students and has enrolled students from 49 states and at least 17 countries. The M.S. program is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (1999- present) and provides coursework to meet the educational requirements for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) (2002- present). Graduates of the program have found employment in regional treatment centers, residential and vocational community based agencies, school districts, and programs that provide intensive behavioral services to children with autism. Graduates have also gone on to complete doctoral training programs at other universities.
