Our mission at the Autism Recovery Foundation is to raise money to provide the opportunity for families with young children who have autism to receive early intervention behavior therapy that they might have otherwise not had access to.
We believe that any child who has the ability to recover from autism should have the opportunity and tools to do so. We believe that every child should have a bright future to look forward to.
Our History
Autism Recovery Foundation was founded in 2008 by a group of parents, advocates, and practitioners. The goal was to build an organization that could help fund the high costs of early intensive behavioral intervention services and advocate for better resources for families in Minnesota.
As the rate of autism diagnoses has risen dramatically, so has the need for Autism Recovery Foundation’s services. The scope of our mission has grown to include addressing the dramatic workforce shortage issues in Minnesota. We need more autism practitioners and more training programs to support them.
Annual Community & Financial Reports
Our Annual Report contains key information about our many programs and projects that help children with autism in Minnesota.
